- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This facility is very unprofessional. I'm new to the area and I was looking for a new doctor. In addition I had prescriptions running low and needed someone to fill them. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes I finally got ahold of someone and made my appointment. When I arrived on that day they told me I didn't have an appointment. Apparently they double booked me at the same time the doctor had a meeting and didn't call me at all. I understand mistakes happen so the receptionist told me we could reschedule. The earliest date they could take me was 2 months away. They said they would call if a time opened up sooner and never did. In addition the receptionist told me the DOCTOR was unable to perscrib medicine... as a pre-med student I know that doesn't make any sense. All I know is there receptionist are horrible. I can't speak on the doctors because I never got an appointment, but the hassle at the front desk was more than enough to make me not want to go.
